Post chemo trips and plans ahead

Well things are looking positive or I am on a high an feel it, so why not ride the wave of optimism.

Thinking back on things I really have only had one dark moment and managed to drive on and get myself well.

This week I got to talk to Caroline and Lisa (two lovely ladies who always support my blogs and me.

And a possible meet up grew to a trip to France and then a meet up at Pink punters in Milton Keynes and add this to my Brighton week away in April “whew” after being like Heidi from big brother and living in track suits and PJs for 5 months it is time to get out again and dare I say it flaunt my stuff!

Caroline has an exhibition in France and then the conversation turned to supporting her and how love France is and she sold it to me and Lisa!

Lisa suggests a pre meet up which sounds a good idea and Pink Punters sounds fun and I have not danced in ages.

Me and my sister are going to hit the lanes in Brighton for shopping and will hit a club.

Tattoos and Piercings galore

I had my lower Labret pierced, (just under my bottom lip) and it did not hurt much, she pushed the need through fast!

Next week I am getting an industrial piercing in my ear and a Monroe piercing next month.

I also have ideas for a “Tattoo sleeve on my right arm based on Gothic fairies and vampires, I post some photo ideas.

I have decided I don’t want to go back to work and if I have to, then I bank the salary and make sure I get my retirement offer.

Also I am challaging the dress code re facial peircings and just gonna tell em where to shove it.

Wardrobe refit

I have been buying new clothes to reflect my new confidence in my figure and how I look, when I first transitioned I want to not stand out so left behind my alternative/gothic/my image behind as I settled into my new life

Ok I will sound conceited but I planned my transition well and also I have flowered as I have gone along and being of ill has made me think a lot of things and one was its time to be me again.

I had also “underdressed” as I had some jealousy from some trannies and now “I think tough get over it”.

Training workshop

I have run a few training workshops on transition in the work place, they last one just before I went ill was for Tower Hamlets and I just realised that I got glowing references *blush”

Brentwood council had spoken to Tower Hamlets and looked at my documentation and like what they saw and heard, and have asked if I will run one for their managers, I said yes.

Get my expenses paid and a 50 fee.

I will talk to them and rewrite some of my stuff for Brentwood.

Also I want to add a section on Trans=men as they get missed out on these gigs.

Once someone from a company said they would help me go free lance.

I also have an email looking for a trans actress to help in a role play for work training about gender reassignment and transition in the work place.

I did answer saying I am no actress but would be happy to help and plugged my other training workshops, hey a girl has to promote herself, and they are passing on my details to the organiser.

I feel like a new and wonderful life if opening for me
