Looking to get back into the dating scene 2011

I am starting to think ahead to 2011 and getting on with my life.

Part of the transition that I have gone through is that limbo state where emotionally and mentally I became a woman yet was not totally there physical wise and over the last six months I have had interest from men and women who wanted to date/sleep with me or in the fetish scene “play” but I did not feel I wanted to until I had my SRS, as I want to experience everything as a totally physical woman and not “play” at it.

This is one of the hard parts of going through this and you do need a lot of mental and emotional stamina and strength, but I have never regretted it as I was not living a lie and being true to myself.

But it does feel good to get out of “limbo” and start to move forward.

I know I still have healing to go through and it will not be March until I am fully up and running again (so to speak) but I do like to be organised and why not start the road ahead now instead of waiting until March.

With this in mind I can look ahead and am having some new photos done for profiles to write on online sites and also some naughty ones ;).

I am also looking to collage dates for around that time or if it goes to September then I can still look to apply for courses.

C.V Advise anyone

It has been 12 years since I last updated it and although I will not be looking for part time work until March 2011 I want to get organised now as even if I go for a part time job the first thing asked for is a C.V so can anyone give me advise please?

New Bra Measuring, Xmas and beyond

I am healing really well after my boob op and the scar tissue is fading to a nice shade of pink.

I went to La Senza today for a bra measuring; I have noticed that as my boobs have got bigger that a correct bra size for support is even more important.

Well from a 36AA cup when I first started hormones, I am now a 36FF or 36F depending on what style of bra I want to wear.

I have not regretted my operation at all I feel so happy with my new body, and have included some before and after photos (not the best as they were self taken photos).

I also saw a job for 12 hours a week going in the La Senza shop, I can’t go for it at the moment as I want to get my gender recognition Certificate after my SRS and with Dr Suporns letter I will have all my paperwork for it. But it got me thinking to update my C.V so I can look for some part time work in the spring 2011

More Operations.

Yes even more and on the NHS this time, I am pleased in how my voice has come along in pitch and range over the last four years and I am lucky that I don’t have a prominent Adams apples, but still I am a fussy cow and have been on the list for a Trachea shave and also to have my vocal cords changed and I had a appointment to see a consultant.

I also saw the speech therapist and she is very happy in how my voice has come along and she wants me to have some more voice sessions and then is happy for me to have both operations.

With Christmas not far of, I will then be thinking of Thailand and it can’t come quick enough, I want to get on with my life and can only do this once I am complete.

Overall inside I feel ok, I finally feel that I have healed after my chemotherapy, I do feel lonely and down at times and do hope I can make some more lasting friendships (Pauline aside).

I feel like a whole new adventure is going to open up for me in 2011
