Well apart from a few tweaks the presentation is finished, with a slight difference for the HR team and the customer contact centre team.

I have also covered it (below email to their manager)

Hi Kim

I am fine; I finished my chemotherapy treatment and am feeling so much better.

I have sent you my presentations, just need a bit of changes to text transiton hopefully it will give you a idea of what I would present.

For the HR team I would suggest using the slide that relates to surgery and hormones.

This would involve time of work or possible changes to the persons job role and HR could be liaising with managers.

I am going to write one more for the contact centre team relating to how we perceive people in the first 20 seconds. My thoughts behind this is their day to day contact with the public and how to stop the pro-noun “trip up.

I would suggest that the numbers for each session is 15 so the groups can be split up into 5 groups of 3.

And yes the date is fine with me.

I will not charge for this session as agreed, I am looking to develop more in training and hope I could ask for a future reference from you (if you enjoy my workshops!)
