Well time does go by so quickly the older you get!
After a very bad march, lots of tiredness, vomiting and direaha things are finally looking up.
I had my last chemotherapy session on 25th March, I am starting to feel better as I start this blog on Monday 19th April it is now 3 and a half weeks since m y chemo stopped and I feel so much better, I started doing my aerobics again last week and tomorrow start a walking programme twice a week this will be a walk on Tuesdays and Saturdays and looking to build them up to five miles or more.
I have also changed my diet to fruit every day, and vegetables at least 3 times a week to build up my body again for my reassignment surgery at the end of this year.
April 29th will be let all be revealed.
I had my MRI scan on 12th April and 29th April I will see my consultant and find out what the result is, it is a choice of three:
- 1) A all clear a d cancer in remission
- 2) Still got some tumour and treatment X, Y or Z is advised
- 3) Still have cancer and nothing more can be done.
I will say this, there will be no more tumour operations, and I could not suffer again what I went through last June.
I will write more this week, but I now Caroline and Lisa will worry if I go so long without blogging!

The waiting is what I find the hardest, over two weeks of uncertainty is almost unbearable. hope you have found something to do to take your mind off all this.
Thinking of you always.

It's so nice to hear from you again, sweetie, and that you are feeling so much better! Best of luck on the results of your MRI scan. After enough suffering to last a lifetime, you are due for some good news!
