Yes I have been a bad girl, I phoned in “sick” again.
As I am a typical Virgo I had to get organised, so I phoned my HR rep at work and said they need to organise my working from home schedule.

Working from home

About September 2008 once my HRT dosage had gone up I started getting some side effects, and had to see my Doctor, I was given tablets to counter this, but hey they also have side effects! Working full time became a big struggle and I did not want to lower my dosage as I was aware that I coming up to be referred for gender reassignment surgery.

And in my last secondment I was able to work from home three times a week and guess what it worked!

I started a new secondment April 1st (honest) and they have not got around to sorting out my working from home connection and I struggled so much last week.

I decided me, HR and my new line manager need to meet on Monday to resolve this and structure my working pattern (told you im a Virgo)

Now I do worry I may end up unemployed if work get tired of me and my "sick record", and I have put my name on the council housing list, but I want a life, not to be a zombie after work.

Also I expect to get my op date soon and want to be fit for this.

I did have to go into town as some fresh food was required, and as I am a lush, some wine for tonight.

Feeling ill and going into town while watching for work colleges is not easy!
I managed a wilkos trip to buy some candles, buy my fresh food and yes my wine.


Operation “town” visit over I settled into bed and read, then slept (I am like my cat).

After writing this I am going to watch “Hancock” I love Will Smith films and will write some more later.
